I am Samir Bachour. I have built websites and online business systems since 2002, worked with Google Ads since 2004, and run successful Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns since 2018. I also have experience selling by phone, operating fashion boutiques, building dealership ecommerce systems, and working in Arizona real estate. I bring that firsthand business experience to AI setup, advertising, and custom development.

When you are running a business, a clever feature is only useful if it helps with the work. I look for the part taking too long, the information that keeps getting lost, or the idea you cannot get off the ground. Then I work out which tools or custom development fit.

In my twenties, I worked as a chemist. During the 1990s, I worked as a construction project manager in both the United States and France. I have also operated fashion boutiques, organized large music events, and gained practical knowledge of sound systems, computers, and automobile mechanics. My sales experience includes face-to-face, telephone, and online sales. I speak French fluently.
This mix of experience helps me understand how different businesses operate and what their customers need. I bring it to technology, marketing, and AI work. It does not imply that I currently offer licensed contracting, engineering, medical, or financial services.

1996–2003 · RETAIL & BRAND BUILDING
Liquid Clothing, Scottsdale
I founded and ran Liquid Clothing in Scottsdale. Retail meant understanding customers, merchandising, inventory, and the work behind each sale. I adapted QuickBooks into a point-of-sale and inventory process and created an early online showroom so customers could browse before visiting.

I began building websites and online systems in 2002. SellYourOpinion.com included member areas, affiliate features, and structured content. I started working with Google Ads in 2004 and have run successful Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns since 2018. I can also run Reddit and TikTok campaigns when those platforms suit the business, audience, and offer.
EARLY 2000s · AUTOMOTIVE ECOMMERCE
A dealership and eBay Motors system before modern integrations
I designed an online automotive sales system that connected dealer websites, hosted vehicle photography and custom HTML inside eBay Motors listings. I was one of the very first people to build and use this kind of integrated dealership/eBay system. The same vehicle presentation could support the dealer’s web presence and its eBay listings instead of rebuilding everything separately.
2005–2007 · DEALERSHIP SYSTEMS
e-Dealerships and online showrooms
My e-Dealerships work brought vehicle photography, listing preparation, website updates, eBay Motors sales support, and customer screening into one service. The archived pages include work for Tempe Dodge, Chapman Lincoln Mercury, Luxor Auto, and Plaza Motors. I sold high-end vehicles online, including cars priced up to about $150,000. I also have hands-on telephone sales experience, including speaking directly with customers, answering questions, and following up.
2005–Current · REAL ESTATE TECHNOLOGY
PhotoVideoTours and ElectricRealty
As an Arizona real estate agent, I understand the work behind a listing and a client conversation. PhotoVideoTours.com combined photography, video, and online presentation. ElectricRealty.com, created in 2006, applied technology and media to real estate marketing and transactions.

Tenant Help USA
I built and completed TenantHelpUSA.org, an AI-assisted Arizona tenant-support website. It helps renters get plain-English guidance, look up property-management information, create and edit letters and notices, analyze leases, use practical housing calculators, and find free resources. It also includes a Write to Your Representative feature so users can turn an issue into an editable letter to an elected official, review it, and then take action.
2026 · COMPLETED AI-ASSISTED WEBSITE
GovernmentReceipts.org
I built and completed GovernmentReceipts.org, an AI-assisted civic research and action website. It helps people follow where tax money goes, search public records, check political claims, understand government and ballot information, and trace important findings back to sources. Its Write My Representative feature can identify current members of Congress, help the user state their own position, and create an editable letter that can be copied, printed or saved as a PDF before the user sends it.
2026 · AI-ASSISTED WORDPRESS SYSTEM
Kirki Bridge Website System
I developed the Kirki Bridge Website System, an independent system for making AI-assisted WordPress work safer and more practical. It connects an authenticated AI bridge with Kirki’s native staging, previews, snapshots, recovery and guarded publishing so changes can be inspected before they go live. The system grew out of the real production workflow behind Sensible Modern Living and was then packaged as a reusable, site-neutral system for other Kirki websites.
